Booking direct with the hosts

Booking

Our rooms and apartments can be booked in several ways. This page explains what booking directly with us involves and how it works.

Warsaw Old Town skyline at night seen from across the Vistula

The Old Town at night, seen from across the Vistula. Both of our streets - Brzozowa and Piwna - are inside this quarter.

You are talking to the hosts

Stay Old Town is run by a family - it is not a chain and not an agency. When you book direct, you write and speak to the people who actually look after these properties and know each one of them.

How a booking works

  • You choose your dates and a property in the search box on our site.
  • The system shows the price for those dates and that number of guests, with no extra commission added at the end.
  • The stay is settled on the day of check-in.
  • You collect the keys at any hour, after calling us first.

What to check before booking

Every offer lists the floor area, the sleeping arrangement, the kitchen and bathroom equipment, and the house rules: check-in and check-out times, quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00 and a complete smoking ban. It is worth reading them before you pay, so that nothing comes as a surprise.

Good to know

We do not have our own car park, and street parking on Bolesc, Mostowa and Bugaj is paid. Some of the rooms on Piwna share a bathroom with the rest of the floor - this is stated plainly with each offer.
